Our Services
We provide ready-made Shopify stores, storefront designs, product listings, and other digital products as described in each listing. Additional services may require separate payment.
Pricing and Payments
We Build Unique uses (contra.com) to facilitate payments for our products and services. Our website does not offer direct checkout.
Customers must contact us to confirm product availability, pricing, and payment instructions. Payments must be completed through the designated Contra payment process provided by We Build Unique.
Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully verified. Applicable processing fees, payment terms, and transaction requirements are subject to the relevant Contra terms and conditions.
Customers must ensure payment information is accurate and payments are completed through the authorized process. An order is not confirmed until payment has been verified.
Order Fulfillment and Ownership Transfer
Delivery depends on payment verification, customer cooperation, and applicable Shopify requirements.
Once the agreed ownership transfer is completed, customers are responsible for managing their stores, subscriptions, security, marketing, and ongoing operations.
Customers should review product details and ask questions before confirming a purchase.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, designs, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, reselling, or commercially using our website content without written permission is prohibited, except where expressly permitted by law.
After a Shopify store ownership transfer is completed, customers may use, modify, and commercially exploit the assets included in their purchase, subject to the rights transferred and applicable third-party intellectual property rights. This permission does not extend to other We Build Unique materials.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and Shopify policies, protect account credentials, and use our products lawfully.
Third-Party Services
Shopify, Contra, payment providers, and third-party applications operate independently under their respective terms and policies. We Build Unique is not responsible for their availability, fees, payment processing decisions, or service interruptions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Payments made through Contra are subject to Contra's applicable terms, policies, and dispute resolution procedures.
Disclaimer and Liability
We do not guarantee sales, profits, revenue, or business success. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or third-party service failures. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and Termination
